Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize full spectrum of HR activities including Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Analyse Man Power Data, Employee Relations, etc.
• Management reporting & HR survey-analyst.
• Manpower Planning & Budgeting.
• Having knowledge in competency based human resources developmnet (CBHRM).
• Having a good experience for conducting the psychological test.
• Posess good presentation, communication, analythical and problem solving skills.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Others or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
