- Minimal D3 dari berbagai latar belakang bidang ilmu
- Pria atau wanita, usia 25 – 35 tahun
- Pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai sales asuransi/retail banking/public services
- Berpenampilan menarik dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Memiliki motivasi dan komitmen untuk sukses
- Menyukai tantangan dan ambisi untuk mencapai target
