PT Wonokoyo Jaya Corporindo  is the growing poultry business company. We open opportunity for smart, tough, result oriented professionals to fill following position:

ENGINEERING MANAGER (Feedmill, Gempol - Pasuruan)
(Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering department
• Coordinate with management and production to discuss project specifications and procedures
• Coordinate and manage projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
• Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment
• Prepare budgets, bids, and contract, and direct the negotiation of research contracts
• Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approved expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services

Requirements:

• Based in Gempol Plant, Pasuruan, Indonesia
• English proficiency ( verbal & written ) is must
• Experience in Engineering Manager and min. 3 years within a management role in Manufacturing
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer/ Electrical or from reputable university
• Strong leadership & communication skill, tough personality, integrity, good management skill, show high degree of energy and passion to make things happen - being result oriented
• Principles and practices of bidding process and contract administration and evaluation.
• Organization and management practices as applied to the development, analysis, and evaluation of programs, policies, and operational needs of the assigned division.
• Recent and on-going developments, current literature, and sources of information engineering services, activities, and projects.
• Advanced civil engineering principles, techniques, policies, and procedures.
